As we do not currently live in Florida and are not that familiar with the area we worked with Deb for a few months by email and a few times over the phone. We found her to be patient, very informative, confident in her knowledge of the Real Estate market, and very approachable. With Deb's knowledge and expertise in this area, our complete confidence and trust in her grew very quickly. We feel like we purchased a beautiful new home in Florida. My father-in-law recently passed away and has a home in Lakewood Ranch. We have been tasked with closing out his estate which includes selling his home. Since we live up in Lutz, FL, we knew finding the right agent was going to be critical to a successful sale. After doing some research on the sale history of his home, Deb's name started coming up as having sold it and as we did a bit of research on Deb's successful real estate career, we felt that we had found the perfect person for a reason. Fast forward to meeting her the first time, we absolutely knew without a doubt that we would be listing with her. Not being from the area, she has been a Godsend helping us find contractors to do some repairs to the home before we were going to list it. We are thrilled to say, we were under contract before it even hit the market. So much of the success of this is based on Deb's experience and expertise on how to bring max potential to the sale. She has been thorough, patient, focused and very, very honest with us through this process. I am happy to say the official closing is tomorrow and we would not be at this point were it not for Deb. My wife and I had the great pleasure to be served equally well by two of your agents involved in our purchase of a home in LWR.Deb O’Mara, the listing agent, showed a great amount of care in preparing, showing and maintaining the property. It was obvious that she was equally as concerned about making the sale as she was about protecting the interests of the sellers. Laura Navratil was the agent who represented us as the purchasers. We serendipitously stumbled upon the open house while we were out looking for a townhome/condo and liked it enough that we put in a full price offer that same day. Prior to this point, our involvement with Laura had been limited to a single showing of a condo. But we liked her attitude and her customer service orientation and so we were pleased to have her be our agent for the purchase. Throughout the entire process, Laura had been very helpful and most timely in her responses and actions. Her efforts over the course of time between purchase and closing proved that our initial impressions were well-founded.

My husband and I called Deborah O'Mara in November 2019 to discuss the possibility of having her put our house in Lakewood Ranch on the market for sale. She met with us at our house and understood that we were interviewing two other real estate agents from other companies so that we could make a decision about the pricing, marketing and which agent we felt we could trust with the sale of our house. Both my husband and I are senior citizens and realized that we were in need of someone on whom we could depend to be forthright, caring and trustworthy. We were impressed with Deborah's experience, her direct and enthusiastic approach to us, and to the work ahead. We signed the listing agreement and prepared to move out of the house. We accepted her recommendations as to getting our house prepared for a new owner. She had photos of the property and the house taken, put the house on the market, and did a remarkable job for us. We had two contracts by the second day on the market. We accepted the second contract and Deborah worked to help us all the way through the process of sale and to the final closing of the sale. Working with Deborah O'Mara to sell our home in the Lakewood Ranch Country Club was one of the best decisions we ever made. Our property was built in 2008 by Wetherington Signature Homes within the LaCantera neighborhood. After 10 years of family living with two kids and two pets, we knew that in order to get the absolute best price, we would need to update and modernize certain parts of the home, through what Deb described as an "innovation renovation". The final product was amazing! Deb has such a detailed eye and knows what can make a house stand out. Deb also suggested a photography company to get the absolute best results which conveyed our home's indoor and outdoor entertaining elements. Through Deb's networking, she identified several buyers prior to listing, and sent those buyers the beautiful photography prior to the listing date. One of those buyers liked the house so much they called Deb and asked to be the first showing before the sign was even posted in our front yard. This buyer and family decided out home was an immediate match and we, fortunately, closed within a few weeks at full price! Working with Deb was a true pleasure and memorable experience. She is the definition of excellence and professionalism.
